The Pixel F90 is a quickfold parabolic softbox in Bowen-S Type Mount

Parabolic Design

Like any good softbox, the light created in the Pixel 90x70cm will be delicate and soft – an excellent modifier for portrait photography or anything that requires subtle lighting. As the Pixel F90 utilises a deep-curve design, the soft light is more direct and is transferred a longer distance than a standard softbox.

A combination of the 90 centimetre diameter and the 70cm depth combine for a beautifully soft effect with less light drop-off from the centre to the edges. Overall a Parabolic will produce a more even quality of light.

Internal and external diffusion layers work together to maximise the even fall of light onto your subject.

Quickfold

Once you have put this together once, you are able to easily fold it down and put it back up again by using the spring-loaded button at the base of the unit. This makes for an excellent portable light modifier without the hassle of pulling it apart and putting it back together.
