The iFootage Komodo K5 Video Head is a lightweight aluminium tripod head featuring a 60mm flat base, making it compatible with all 60mm flat-head tripods and monopods via its 3/8″”-16 threaded interface. Designed to support up to 2.5kg of counterbalance and a maximum payload of 5kg, it offers smooth and precise control for video shooting. The flat-base design allows for direct mounting onto most camera sliders, enhancing versatility. An included quick-release plate with a 1/4″-20 mounting screw ensures secure camera attachment, backed by a safety lock. A built-in bubble level aids in achieving perfect balance, while the supplied pan bar can be attached to a rosette mount on either side, with an option to add a second pan bar for enhanced manoeuvrability.

The Komodo K5 Fluid Head uses a high-precision ball bearing system for smooth movement, and it provides 360° pan motion and +90/-83° tilt adjustment, and the pan and tilt axes can individually be locked. The entire main body of the compact fluid head is protected from corrosion and wear through anodic oxidation treatment.
