Canon’s Super Spectra coating on all optical elements reduces ghosting and flare, minimising post-processing requirements. Plus, a new Fluorine Coating on the front and rear elements makes it easier to clean off marks such as spots left by water or fingerprints.

The Canon EF 1.4x III Extender is only compatible with specific Canon EF L-series lenses. It may also only have limited functionality with some of those lenses. Please see the compatibility table below to determine which lenses are usable and the level of functionality possible.
